SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Deliveries only to Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands.
• 24/48h of transit.

To deliveries outside the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands, non-standard or out-of-stock products and services, contact sales@factorpotencia.com.

The delivery term may be modified when:

a) The Buyer requires modifications to the order, which are accepted by the Seller and which, in the Seller's opinion, require an extension of the delivery period.

b) The Buyer has breached any of the contractual obligations of the order, especially the ones that refer to payment. 

c) Due to causes not directly attributable to the Seller, there are delays in the production or disposal of all or some of the elements of the supply. By way of illustration, but not limited to, the following causes of delay are included: strikes by suppliers, transport and services, failures in third party supplies, failures in transport systems, floods, storms, disturbances, strikes, work stoppages of the Seller or its subcontractors, sabotage, accidental stops in the Seller's workshops due to breakdowns, etc. and the causes of force majeure contemplated in the current legislation.

PACkING AND TRANSPORTATION

According to Royal Decree 782/98, of April 30, Article 18, and Law 11/1997, of April 24, on Containers and Container Waste, as the final recipient of our packaging, it is the Buyer's responsibility to give the most appropriate environmental treatment to the same (valuation, reuse or recycling).

Once the material has been received, in case of damages attributable to transport, these must be communicated within a maximum period of 5 days after receipt. In addition, to check any defects and / or faults that could be attributable to the Seller, the Buyer must verify the content of the material within a period of no more than 30 days from receipt, immediately communicating to the Seller the existence of these defects and / or faults in writing.

After 30 days from the receipt of the material by the Buyer without the Seller having received a written communication about any defects or faults attributable to the Seller, the product will be deemed to have been accepted.
