Changes or returns are accepted for orders that meet the following requirements:

• Returns solicited in a maximum of 30 days after the product delivery.
• Products in the same delivery conditions. In addition, the article must carry the instructions and/or other documents. We remind you that id the article does not present the same original packaging, its return will not be accepted, or a demerit could be applied at the discretion of Factor Potencia.
• The transportation costs generated by the return will be paid by the client.

To request a return or exchange an email should be send to sales@factorpotencia.com indicating the order number and reason to return it. Someone from our team will contact you to tell you how to proceed.

In case of detecting a malfunction on the equipment or manufacturing defects an email should be sent to service@factorpotencia.com to request its review. In case of transportation damages, claims will only be accepted within 5 business days after delivery of the material.

Factor Potencia guarantees the Buyer that the sold products are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of shipment to the Buyer.

Factor Potencia’s warranty will not apply to any product found to have been subject to abnormal operating conditions, unapproved modification, use of unapproved parts to the extents such parts are the cause of failure, or failure to follow the installation, operation and maintenance instructions provided by Factor Potencia.
