How do I place an order?

Through this web, indicating the desires products and the number of units. Before closing the order and proceeding with its payment, you will have to register and fill the necessary information.

What's the shipping cost?

For deliveries to the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands, the shipping costs are:

For orders over 300€, shipping is free. For orders below 300€, ports cost will be 10€.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The approximate delivery time is 24/48 hours of transit. Delivery may be delayed in the event of customs clearance or other circumstances arising from geographical distance, weather conditions, wars, strikes, any form of government intervention, non-compliance by our suppliers ... in this case, we are not responsible for the additional delivery time.

What if my order does not come in time?

If your order is delayed, get in contact with us via email sales@factorpotencia.com or by phone at 93 845 545 citing your order number.

Can I return an order?

If you want to return an order, or part of one, there is no problem. You can see your withdrawal rights in the exchanges and returns section.

Are the prices on the online store and the physical store the same?

Not always. Both in the online store and in the physical store we reserve the right to make promotions and offers that are only applicable in one of the two channels.

How do I know if I made my purchase correctly?

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. If for any reason you do not receive it, you must contact our customer service department sales@factorpotencia.com.

What do I do if I get a defective or different product than the one I ordered?

To request a return or change, send an email to sales@factorpotencia.com indicating the order number and reason for the return. Someone from our team will contact you to tell you how to proceed.

In case of malfunction of an equipment or manufacturing defects, an email must be sent to service@factorpotencia.com to request its review. In the event of damage attributable to transport, only claims will be accepted within 5 business days after delivery of the material.

Changes or returns of orders that meet the following requirements are accepted:

  • Returns requested up to a maximum of 30 days after delivery of the product.
  • Products in the same condition in which it was delivered. Likewise, the article must carry with it the instructions and/or other documents that accompany it. We remind you that if the item does not present the same original packaging, its return will not be accepted, or a demerit may be applied at the discretion of Factor Potencia.
  • The transport costs generated by the return will be paid by the customer.

How does the promotion of free ports work?

For any purchase over 300€ in total, shipping costs are free! This promotion will be automatically applied when processing your shopping cart. This promotion has the following special conditions: Promotion limited to orders in the Iberian Peninsula.
